Both the location and the equipment of a car wash are decided by the owner. Our role is to give the investor the knowledge of the options available for developing the business. To start with, we will tell you about expansions, which – depending on how long they take to carry out – we have divided into quick and longer ones.

Quick expansions – completed within 2 weeks

Readers for electronic card payments (cashless payments), i.e. contactless (PayPass) readers. If you want to let your customers pay by card, the best solution is to install a reader supporting this type of payment on every wash bay. This way you will win customers who prefer to pay cashless. Our equipment works with the systems of established payment providers.

Readers for BKF loyalty card payments, i.e. Comestero readers. If you want to maintain relationships with your regular customers, you can offer them a loyalty card. The cards are reusable and can be topped up with any amount. They are bought from the money changer. As the car wash owner, you can add a bonus for top-ups above a set amount to thank customers for using your car wash regularly. You can also set a bonus simply for using the card. The card also makes a great gift. If the car wash is connected to the Carwash Manager system, the customer's card can be linked to the system and your customer can receive invoices for washes. This way you will keep satisfied customers for longer.

The Water Flow Measurement System is designed to protect the car wash against uncontrolled water leaks. Ultimately, it saves the owner from the additional costs such a leak would cause. In the current version of the system, we install it in container car washes. In the near future, installation in modular car washes will also be added to the offer.

The Intelligent Floor Heating System (Smart Heating) is intended mainly for locations with large temperature fluctuations. The system automatically adjusts the floor temperature to the ambient temperature, saving up to 20% of the energy used to heat concrete floors during that period.

Longer expansions – completed in more than 2 weeks

Adding active foam is definitely our number one expansion of recent months! It replaces programme 1, Pre-wash, with the Active Foam programme. Sometimes, at the customer's special request, we keep the Pre-wash programme and add the new wash programme separately. We definitely recommend the first option.

Adding a brush, i.e. brush washing with active shampoo, is an additional wash programme that removes stubborn dirt that is hard to wash off with high pressure alone. Customers often opt for this expansion together with the Active Foam programme.

Adding an extra wash bay makes sense when the owner decides that the car wash can handle more traffic than originally assumed. This expansion is a project that requires the owner's involvement, as the owner is responsible for preparing the infrastructure for the new bay. All formalities and permits required for the extension are handled with the relevant local authorities for the site where the investment is planned, depending on local regulations. Expansions are carried out practically all year round.

The Intelligent Water Supply System (HydroControl) is a set of devices designed to maintain constant pressure in the installation supplying the car wash. HydroControl is ideal for locations that suffer from low mains water pressure. If the car wash has problems with too low a flow rate or frequent interruptions in the water supply, choose the version with an additional tank (HydroControl Plus).
