A Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection Management System Policy has been defined and documented at BKF. The policy includes objectives and commitments regarding ensuring quality and safety of work performed in the production of products and provision of services while maintaining the principles of minimising emissions to the natural environment. The policy is linked to the objectives of BKF’s operations, BKF’s economic calculation and the expectations and needs of interested parties. The policy has been approved by the Management Board and communicated to employees. Employees understand and implement the policy. The policy is subject to reviews in order to supervise the implementation of the set objectives. The content of the Policy is presented below.
Quality policy
We are a manufacturer of touchless car washes and entrance mat systems. We also distribute equipment related to cleaning. Our activities to date have allowed us to achieve a significant position in the industry, and our goal is to consolidate this position among current and potential customers on the domestic and foreign market.
The company’s primary goal is to provide modern, high-quality products and ensure safe work while maintaining the principles of minimising emissions into the natural environment. The organisation monitors and adapts to the requirements of interested parties in terms of legal regulations, standards, customer requirements and its own requirements. It is important for the company to ensure safe working conditions for staff and to monitor significant environmental aspects from the point of view of the scale and nature of the impact on the environment.
We want to achieve this goal by:
- creating a safe, friendly and inspiring work environment, taking into account the opinions and participation of the company’s employees,
- preventing accidents, occupational diseases and near misses by striving for continuous improvement of occupational health and safety,
- ensuring the highest possible income adjusted to market conditions,
- continuous improvement of the products and services offered,
- continuous improvement of the processes taking place in the company,
- diversification of sources of income in order to ensure financial liquidity and a stable situation of the company,
- education and improvement of staff qualifications,
- designing, manufacturing and delivering products that are safe at all stages of production and for the end user,
- engagement in activities for the benefit of occupational health and safety, minimisation of waste and reduction of emissions by shaping attitudes and building awareness of employees in these areas.
Based on the above assumptions, the company’s management sets specific goals to be achieved in the next planning periods. These goals are to help in assessing and improving the steps aimed at implementing the quality, occupational health and safety and environmental protection policy. The organisation conducts a risk assessment in relation to its objectives and processes. At the same time, the management ensures that the company makes every effort to observe the provisions of the applicable law in its activities and to carry out management, safety and work processes in accordance with the requirements of the PN-ISO 9001, PN-ISO 45001 and PN-ISO 14001 standards.
